Together, the HKTDC Hong Kong International Jewellery Show and HKTDC Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show form the world's largest marketplace for the jewellery industry. In 2016, the shows featured more than 4,300 international exhibitors, and welcomed more than 80,000 visitors from 147 countries and regions.
In 2017, the Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show showcases jewellery raw materials from 28 February-4 March at AsiaWorld-Expo, while the Hong Kong International Jewellery Show for finished jewellery takes place from 2-6 March at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The two shows have three days in common, allowing industry players to cover their markets and their sources thoroughly, aided by the fairs' complimentary shuttle bus service. |

Two prestigious jewellery design competitions show the depth of creative talent in the industry.
Designed to stimulate creativity, raise the standard of craftsmanship and spur market demand, the theme of the 19th Hong Kong Jewellery Design Competition is Follow Your Heart - exquisite jewellery comes from the passion and fire within. Only true heart and soul can create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece and a timeless work of art.
Winning entries in the International Jewellery Design Excellence Award will also be displayed on the fairground.
To honour the creative and outstanding jewellery designers, the IJDE Award provides a platform for international jewellery designers to exchange experiences and compete for the highest honour, “Champion of the Champions”.
